The Typewriter component is designed to create captivating animated text sequences for any web project built in Framer. It fully supports Custom Property Controls, allowing you to configure every detail directly from the Framer sidebar without touching the code.

Key Features:

• Mode Selection: Switch seamlessly between Single mode (for a permanent typing effect) and Multi mode (for cycling through an array of strings).

• Speed and Timing Control: Finely tune the user experience by setting the individual Typing Speed (ms), Deleting Speed (ms), and the Hold Time (sec) between text cycles.

• Dynamic Text Highlighting: Apply a customizable background fill to the typed text using the Highlight Color and the essential Highlight Opacity (%) control, allowing for subtle or vibrant text emphasis.

• Style & Font: Comprehensive font controls, including Font Family, Size, Weight, and Line Height, alongside dedicated controls for Font Color and Cursor Color.

• Layout & Alignment: Easily set the component's alignment within its container (Left, Center, or Right) using the Align control.

• Looping: Toggle the Loop property to determine whether the sequence runs continuously or stops after completing the final string.
